Basic house building tips
One: getting wood you will need about six to seven stacks of wooden planks. Use about half to a whole stack of wood to make a design of the house. use two to three stacks of wood for the walls and roof. Use the rest of the of the wood to make things like a better roof, a mining shack (of course) farm ect. remember to save some wood make some basic tools. You can always add things like windows and stone fireplace. hope this helps.

In the new update you can now trade with villagers by mining up emerald, emerald is found near bedrock so keep on mining!
